Therapy for Real Life
Collaborative Therapy For Families, Couples, Adults & Teens Seeking Meaningful Change.
You Don't Have to Have It Figured Out
Whatever's brought you here, a relationship that feels strained, a pattern you can't quite name, a stretch of life that doesn't feel like yours anymore, you don't need all the answers before you start.
find a way forward
Making Sense of What You’re Experiencing
You may be noticing things you’re ready to change—recurring conflict with your partner, tension in your family, or ways of coping that no longer feel helpful.
Therapy can help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and find practical ways to respond differently. The goal isn’t to tell you what’s wrong. It’s to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and find approaches that work in the context of your actual life.
-
You and your partner keep landing in the same fight, without a way to repair or move forward together
Your teen has pulled inward, and you're not sure how to reconnect without it turning into a battle over screens
You feel stuck since a big life change, and old patterns with family are making it harder to move forward
-
Recognizing when things start to escalate, and naming it before it takes over
Understanding what's actually going on with your teen, not just counting the hours
Clarifying your values, and making choices that actually reflect them
Why Keystone Therapy Group?
About Me
Jennifer calls her path to becoming a therapist her "third act." After years of leading teams, navigating change, and running complex projects, she felt the pull toward something deeper: work that aligned more closely with her passion for supporting growth and transformation in others.
Arriving at this work in midlife has given her a perspective she couldn't have had earlier. She knows what it means to have life unexpectedly disrupted by job loss, navigate the changing identity of raising teenagers, experience family conflict and deep grief, and care for aging parents. She understands the complexities of long-term marriage, the perspective that comes from surviving cancer, and how life transitions invite us to reconsider who we are and what matters most.
These experiences don't make her an expert in your life. Your story is uniquely yours. But they've taught her to approach people with curiosity, compassion, humility, and respect for the many chapters that shape who we become.
My Approach
I take a values driven, relational approach to my practice. We'll work on finding clarity, confidence, and life-fitting solutions. As a systemic therapist, I consider the whole person, not only the symptom or problem. I show up with hope, curiosity and deep respect for your family and their culture and traditions.
How we work together
Therapy for Families, Couples, Adults, and Teens
Whether you’re a family, couple, adult or teen, therapy is grounded in your actual life—your relationships, challenges, and the patterns you’ve developed along the way.
Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening and explore practical ways to respond differently. Change doesn’t have to mean becoming someone new. The goal is to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and what you want to do differently.

FAQ’s
A Few Things People Ask Before Reaching Out
-
I'm a relational therapist, which means I think about the whole family system, not just one person or one problem. We start with what's most present for you right now and expand from there. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions for teens (ages 10+), adults, couples, and families.
-
Therapy can help you feel heard, improve communication, and work through conflict in a way that strengthens your relationships rather than straining them. It can surface long-standing patterns so you can actually shift them, and help you recognize your own strengths and get clear on what matters most to you.
-
We'll get to know each other. I'll ask about your concerns, your goals, and what you're hoping for. This first meeting is about building rapport and shaping a plan that actually fits you, so you feel comfortable and supported from the start.
-
Yes. All sessions are confidential. I follow strict ethical guidelines and HIPAA protocols to protect your privacy, and your information is only shared with your consent.
-
Nothing. Just show up as you are. We'll take it from there together.
